The Designated Public Officials of the CCPC are below.<\/p>\n<h2>Designated Public Officials<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Brian McHugh, Chairperson<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Brian McHugh is the chairperson of the CCPC. As well as collegiate decision making with other Members on all aspects of the organisation, he manages the staff and administration of the Commission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dana Butler, Member<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dana Butler is a Member of the CCPC. As well as collegiate decision making with other Members on all aspects of the organisation, she currently oversees the Cartels, Forensic Technology and Data Analytics Division, Competition Legal Division, and Competition Enforcement and Mergers Divisions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Patrick Kenny, Member<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Patrick Kenny is a Member of the CCPC.\u202f\u202fAs well as collegiate decision making with other Members on all aspects of the organisation, he currently oversees the Product Safety, Legal Consumer and Corporate, Consumer Enforcement, and Policy, Research and International Divisions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kevin O\u2019Brien, Member<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kevin O\u2019Brien is a Member of the CCPC.
