{"id":46385,"date":"2023-09-15T15:30:10","date_gmt":"2023-09-15T14:30:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccpc.ie\/business\/?p=46385"},"modified":"2023-09-15T15:30:10","modified_gmt":"2023-09-15T14:30:10","slug":"ccpc-clears-aurivos-purchase-of-certain-assets-of-arrabawn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccpc.inventise.ie\/business\/ccpc-clears-aurivos-purchase-of-certain-assets-of-arrabawn\/","title":{"rendered":"CCPC clears Aurivo\u2019s purchase of certain assets of Arrabawn"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has determined that Aurivo Consumer Foods Limited, a subsidiary of Aurivo Co-operative Society Limited (Aurivo), can proceed with its proposed acquisition of certain assets of Arrabawn Co-Operative Society Limited (Arrabawn) (<a href=\"https:\/\/ccpc.inventise.ie\/business\/mergers-acquisitions\/merger-notifications\/m-23-008-aurivo-co-op-certain-assets-of-arrabawn-co-op\/\">M\/23\/008<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Aurivo is an agri-business co-operative, whose primary activities are in the sale of dairy ingredients and products, such as powders and fresh milk, cream, butter and ready to drink protein shakes.
