These platforms could include online marketplaces, app stores and social media. The survey, which is run by Ipsos on behalf of the CCPC, is anonymous and takes less than 10 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n<p>The CCPC is the enforcement body for the <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=celex%3A32019R1150\">Platform-to-Business<\/a> Regulation 2019\/1150 (P2B Regulation) which sets rules for how online platforms must treat the, often small, businesses who use their services. The survey responses will help the CCPC to gain a deeper understanding of the experiences of businesses who sell online and in particular, those who have moved to selling online in the last two years.<\/p>\n<p>The survey also explores traders\u2019 awareness of the P2B Regulation. This Regulation, which came into effect in Ireland in July 2020, aims to improve fairness and transparency for businesses who use online platforms to offer their goods or services to consumers.<\/p>\n<p>The CCPC is encouraging all businesses who sell to consumers through online platforms to share their views by <a href=\"https:\/\/research3.ipsosinteractive.com\/mrIWeb\/mrIWeb.dll?I.Project=IE2204685301WE_CCPC_BUS\" class=\"broken_link\">completing the survey<\/a>\u202f.
