The CCPC is committed to providing data to the public in line with the requirements of the\u202fOpen Data Directive<\/a>\u202f(Open Data and re-use of Public Sector information Directive) (EU) 2019\/1024, transposed into Irish law by\u202fSI 376\/2021\u202f<\/a>on 22 July 2021.<\/p>\n

Open data is any data in open format that can be freely used, re-used and shared by anyone for any purpose. Any person can make a request for data under the Open Data Directive. If you would like to make a request for data under the Directive, please submit your request by email to opendata@ccpc.ie<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The CCPC complies with the regulations on the\u202fRe-use of Public Sector Information<\/a>\u202fand we encourage the re-use of the information that we produce.<\/p>\n
