It is effective from 27 September 2023.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ccpc.inventise.ie\/business\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/07\/CCPC-Access-to-the-File-Procedures.pdf\">Access to the File Procedures 2023<\/a> &#8211; This document outlines the CCPC&#8217;s procedures for providing access to its file by merging parties. It is effective from 27 September 2023.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ccpc.inventise.ie\/business\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/10\/2023-Merger-Notification-Form.pdf\">Merger Notification Form 2023<\/a>\u00a0 \u2013 This document is a tool to give effect to the obligation on the undertakings involved to provide \u201cfull details\u201d of a proposed merger, acquisition or joint venture to the Commission. It is effective from 27 September 2023.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/business\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/04\/CCPC-Merger-Guidelines-1.pdf\">CCPC Merger Guidelines<\/a> \u2013 This document sets out key elements of the Commission\u2019s approach to analysing mergers and acquisitions notified to it.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/business\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/04\/CCPC-Mergers-Notice-in-respect-of-certain-terms-used-in-Part-3-1.pdf\">Notice in respect of certain terms used in Part 3<\/a> of the Competition Act. This Notice outlines the CCPC\u2019s understanding of certain terms used in Part 3 of the 2002 Act, as amended by the 2014 Act.
