{"id":154,"date":"2017-02-06T09:48:34","date_gmt":"2017-02-06T09:48:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccpc.ie\/business\/?page_id=154"},"modified":"2023-04-13T14:39:19","modified_gmt":"2023-04-13T13:39:19","slug":"payments","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ccpc.inventise.ie\/business\/about\/finance-and-payments\/payments\/","title":{"rendered":"Payments"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Payment procedures<\/h3>\n<h3>Invoicing<\/h3>\n<p>Invoices will be accepted either electronically or in hard copy.\u00a0Invoices will only be considered valid if they:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contain the name and address of the payee<\/li>\n<li>Are addressed to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC)<\/li>\n<li>Are dated appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Contain specifics regarding the charge, including relevant tax<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Electronic invoices should be emailed to: <a href=\"mailto:finance@ccpc.ie\">finance@ccpc.ie<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hard copy invoices should be addressed to:<\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Finance Personnel<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">CCPC<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bloom House<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Railway Street<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dublin 1<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">D01 C576<\/span><\/div>\n<p>The CCPC\u00a0will not be responsible for invoices not reaching the CCPC\u00a0and therefore if an invoice has not been paid within 15 days the supplier should follow up to ensure it was received.<\/p>\n<p>Disputes regarding invoices will be dealt with by Aileen Meehan, Head of Finance, who can be contacted via email at <a href=\"mailto:aileenmeehan@ccpc.ie\">aileenmeehan@ccpc.ie<\/a> or by phone at 01 4025592.\u00a0If an invoice is disputed by the CCPC, the supplier will be notified orally as soon as practicable, with full details provided, in writing, within three days of receipt of the invoice.<\/p>\n<div class=\"level-2\">\n<h3>Payments<\/h3>\n<p>The CCPC\u00a0aims to pay suppliers within 15 days of receipt of a valid invoice for goods or services.<\/p>\n<p>However, in accordance with the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012 (SI 508\/2012) the CCPC\u00a0will pay a fee to a supplier if a payment is made after 30 days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"level-2\">\n<h3>Payment reporting<\/h3>\n<p>Payment reports in respect of payments made and contracts awarded are published by the CCPC each quarter.
